Women's Retreats

Women have such a significant influence in the lives of all those around them, most particularly within their own families. So much depends on a strong, stable woman, wife, and mother within the home, workplace, and our communities. We can't help but feel the weight of those responsibilities.

That is a lot to bear, but on top of that we tend to add a lot of additional baggage that is unnecessary and actually draining and damaging to ourselves and those we love and serve. These added burdens cause us to feel overwhelmed, frustrated, fearful, anxious, or even mildly depressed, often doubting our own self-worth. 

Gaining real understanding and awareness is half the battle. Learning what to do about it is the other half. This is an "experiential" event where you will not only learn what is weighing you down, but you'll have time, along with a peaceful setting to practice applying the tools I will teach to lighten your load. 

Once you've experienced success in using a particular tool it becomes natural to use it again. It also makes it easier to teach your family and loved ones how to use it for themselves.  

As we lighten our load it raises us up to a higher level of living. This naturally and automatically increases our capacity to be able to recognize and receive the promptings of the Holy Spirit. There has never been a greater need than now to be able to feel His guiding hand and inspiration. Add to that the increased feelings of peace, love, and joy you will be able to experience as He becomes a greater part of your life.

•  2-night retreat - The ideal mountain setting with time to actually apply and experience the things we will be learning. 
• Personal Mentoring - All who attend will have the opportunity to enter their name to be drawn for personal mentoring on individual issues. Those who want to remain anonymous can simply enter their question. All in attendance will benefit from the mentoring advice and training as our situations are more common and relatable than we realize.
• 1st night training and introductions - Time to get to know each other, creating a safe and comfortable setting where we can learn and grow together. Dinner is included.
• 2nd day training - A full day of training including time to 'experience' applying the tools that are taught. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner will be provided. 
• 3rd day training - Half day of more experiential training starting with breakfast and a final luncheon before we go home to change our lives and our family's.

Please contact me to let me know if you have a group of at least 10 women who plan on attending this fabulous retreat held in the Wasatch Mountain area. I'll rent an airbnb based on the size of your group.

I will travel to your state or further area in northern or southern Utah if you have at least 16 women who plan on attending.
